This policy describes how Grant Propel LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Grant Propel mobile application and related services (the "Services"). This policy is written for users located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
When you create an account, we collect your name, organization name, organization type, location, phone number, and email address.
If you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive the basic profile information those services share as part of authentication.
We log activity within the app, including actions you take and, where applicable, search terms and device information.
We use your organization's location to match you with relevant funding opportunities. Location lookups are processed through Google's Geocoding API.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles payment data under its own security standards.
We store the grants you save and the status you assign to them (e.g., applied, won, declined). This information is tied to your account, visible only to you and authorized staff through internal administrative tools, and is not shared across users or used for analytics.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information beyond what's described above.
We do not use behavioral advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, or ad-tracking pixels in the app. We use Sentry for error and crash reporting only, configured to exclude personal information.

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold or disclosed personal information for a business purpose in the past 12 months.
If Grant Propel is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you if this happens and it changes how your information is handled.
If you enable push notifications, we use a device token to deliver them. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
You can request deletion of your account from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated data, except where we're required to retain certain records — for example, payment and transaction records — for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Grant Propel is intended for business owners and organizational representatives who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we'll delete it. By using the Services, you represent that you're 18 or older, or that you're a parent or guardian consenting on behalf of a minor dependent.
You can review and update your profile information within the app, and you can request account deletion at any time.
